Release Yourself From Life’s Regrets

We all have regrets.

Many of us carry the pain of our regrets daily.

Our regrets produce self-condemnation, self-hatred, and self-pity.

Our regrets produce shame and guilt.

Our regrets produce sadness and depression.

Our regrets have hurt ourselves and others.

We feel awful.

We continually question why we made such decisions that produced so much pain in our own lives and in the lives of others.

We wish we could go back and make different decisions.

But we can’t.

So we continue living with regrets and the results they produce.

We can’t keep living this way.

We have to release ourselves from our regrets.

But how?

We have to realize that none of us are perfect.

We all make mistakes.

We all make bad decisions.

We all have failed.

We all have sinned.

There are no exceptions.

We are all in this together.

Therefore, we all need grace.

God is full of love, compassion, kindness, and grace to us in our regrets, failures, and sins.

He is full of forgiveness.

He has provided forgiveness of our sins through Jesus who took all of our sins upon himself at the cross.

Through faith in Jesus, we receive his forgiveness.

With the same faith, we forgive ourselves.

Empowered by God’s grace, we can move forward.

If possible, we can make amends for some of our decisions.

We can start making better decisions each day.

These decisions begin to produce good feelings and results in our own lives and the lives of others.

When the memories of our regrets resurface, remember God’s grace.

Remember God has given his grace to you in your regrets.

Release grace to yourself.

Releasing grace to yourself is something you may need to do each day as the memories resurface.

Remember, you are not alone.

We all have regrets that resurface.

We all are in this together.

We all need grace.

We all need to release grace to ourselves each day.

Release grace to yourself today and everyday.

Release yourself from life’s regrets.
